With knowledge gained from 15 years of working with international and multinational companies, and almost a decade handling portfolios in senior management roles, Noel has built start-ups, set up teams for enterprise-level software development throughout the world, and successfully overseen the delivery of over 40 projects globally.

Founder and CEO of Oensys Capital Pvt Ltd, Faiq brings with him over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Educated at the University of Texas, El Paso, he is one of the most successful tech entrepreneurs to come out of Sri Lanka. Faiq’s defining attribute is creating tech start-ups with the drive and vision to become true global heavyweights in the industry and he has seen several landmark projects from initialization through growth and expansion to successful acquisitions by international players, most notably MillenniumIT and interblocks. Faiq truly believes in creating positive change and social impact through the use of technology and his inherent ability to bring out the best in teams of highly skilled professionals has seen DxDy build from strength to strength from inception.

Nishan is a founder of Dxdy and sits on its Board of Directors. In his capacity he also provides leadership to the engineering division. A seasoned software architect with over 15 years of experience in delivering technology solutions and managing high performance teams, he is a skilled and innovative leader with a particular focus and expertise in enterprise systems, the cloud, big data and the application of Artificial Intelligence. With a strong background in computer science and a deep understanding of software design and architecture, Nishan has a proven track record of success in driving complex projects from concept to completion, with a focus on creating solutions for effectiveness and longevity. As a published researcher, speaker and educator in the field of AI, Nishan has a passion for exploring the potential of AI to transform business and society. He has a passion for fostering social impact and using technology for good.
Kamila Amarasighe

Working as a strategist for MillenniumIT and the London Stock Exchange Group, Kamila found his true calling when he co-founded Oensys Capital and now functions as the group’s COO, responsible for company strategy and business operations and driving towards DxDy’s objective of creating change through technology. Kamila excels in agile tech and revenue growth strategies, having provided solutions to a range of companies across a number of various industries, from financial to telecommunications to manufacturing. Kamila is a qualified Project Management Professional and also brings with him a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Manchester Metropolitan University.
